- Thursday 5 October 10am – 12pm
- Thursday 2 November 10am – 12pm
- Thursday 7 December 10am – 12pm
Take the opportunity to work on those unfinished crafty projects, learn a variety of crafts from others in the group and/or enjoy some mindfulness colouring resources (supplied).
Regularly participating in art and craft activities is not only a lot of fun it can also improve our wellbeing including the following benefits:
- improving mood and self-confidence,
- reducing stress,
- enhancing mental agility,
- improving gross and fine motor movement,
- decreasing cognitive decline, and
- connecting with others.
Please bring your own crafting supplies. There will be mindfulness colouring resources supplied for those who don’t have a craft project to work on.
